Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of the internet and PC skills (including Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Non-smokers only (Our company is entirely smoke-free. We strongly advocate for smoking cessation, considering its impact on mental health).

Preferred

  • Comfortable with English (Some materials are in English. TOEIC scores are not required, but you should be open to using English).
  • Keen to learn new technologies (We value a continuous improvement mindset).
  • A fan of Snoopy (Our representative is a passionate Snoopy enthusiast, and our office reflects this. Being comfortable with a Snoopy-themed environment is important).

Engineering Positions for New Graduates (Full-Time / Recent Graduates / Previous Graduates)

Development Engineer

You will engage in the development, operation, and maintenance of e-commerce sites, with PHP as the primary programming language. Following approximately three months of on-the-job training, you will be assigned to actual projects. Detailed guidance will be provided by our CTO and senior engineers.

Data Scientist

Your role will involve analyzing data and making improvement recommendations, primarily for existing client e-commerce sites. Senior staff will offer comprehensive guidance on related areas such as marketing and psychology.

Role Profile

  • Expected to graduate from a vocational school, junior college, university, or graduate school by March 2024.
    ※ Open to all faculties and departments.
  • Graduates in their 20s with no full-time employment experience

        • For Vocational and Junior College Graduates:
        • Starting salary of 200,000 yen per month or more.
        • For University and Graduate School Graduates:
        • Starting salary of 210,000 yen per month or more.
